Has anyone found a good solution for shipping single skateboard decks? I have been trying to find a bubble mailer that would fit it, but can't find any good options. |

a bubble mailer wouldn't be protective enough in my opinion, who knows what the package might go through at sorting facilities and during transit, I always opt for boxes with plenty of padding inside especially since a lot of decks are being purchased for display, even if it's a rider I'm sure the consumer would like to be the one inflicting damage on the deck by skating it, rather than having it dinged up by the shipping company, I usually figure that my shipping/handling fees include packaging since I'm almost always charged more than the cost indicated on the package when it arrives (sometimes a lot more), you can probably get plenty of free shipping supplies from USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc. Good luck and welcome to the forum. |

I take two peices of cardboard slightly bigger than the deck add a sheet of bubble wrap on the graphics side and tape the crap out of them
Its super light weight and about half the price of a priority box
On a side note I had a Vallely Barnyard shipped to me once entirely wrapped in bubble wrap no other packaging except tape the postage said $6.28 and it got here just fine. |

Yea, we do a lot of international shipping and it cost an arm and a leg...32 dollars. Figure a lot of that is the packaging. |
