well boys just landed my first shop deal ...
and got the shop deck account
so i need to streamline production a little
my biggest bottleneck right now is sanding the decks in prep for paint...
what kint of sander should i get i.e finish, belt, rotary etc...i got a finish sander but it aint quite cuttin it..
t is taking forever just to do 10 decks and i got shitloads to do ....
anyway any help would be greatly appreciated... |

If you're not making them yourself, why not just tell the people who are making them to paint them the color you want? Otherwise, about the onl;y way I can think of is hand sanding with a sanding block. using some tool is just asking to gouge some grooves into the deck. |
