There was a 5pts deck on ebay with a tri-tail according to the description. I did not know he did tri-tails if it was accurate, but have you hunted him down and asked him?
Graphics would be a different story, are you looking for just the shape? |

Your best bet is to have someone do the shape and send it to one of the companies that do independent heat transfers (custom decks for 60 bucks shipped ) and have it applied to the already made deck. Unless you want it screened like the old days, but the above option sounds the most realistic.
Get a good image of just the graphic and go from there. With permission of course... |
