Greeting's fellow shredder's!
I'm interested in printing some designs on blank skate decks. Any advice regarding the coating of the curved screen with emulsion? Should this be done using a scoop coater? I'd like to avoid the drawing fluid & screen filler technique.
Once that step is complete, how should the film exposure process be done? How is it possible to expose a screen that is curved? Any advice would be greatly appreciated SHRED. |

scoop coater (possible multiple passes) and three 500 watt halogens (nose/center/tail) at 18 inches for however many minutes your emulsion requires. |

I use this method. works pretty darn good. I use photocure blue emulsion with a 5 minute expose time. |
